Description:
Portable emulsified asphalt colloid mill adopts a stator rotor structure, which combines cutting and grinding into one. After processing, small particles can reach 0.1 μ m. Suitable for processing ordinary emulsified asphalt and modified emulsified asphalt. The body is made of high-strength stainless steel, which has the characteristics of acid resistance and corrosion prevention.

Instructions for use:

Before use, preheat the grinding head with hot water at 70 ºC~80 ºC for 10 minutes. After the grinding head is preheated, add the emulsifier aqueous solution and start the machine. Then, add the heated asphalt and circulate for emulsification for 2 minutes. Release the emulsified asphalt sample. After emulsification is completed, clean the grinding machine with clean water.

Features:

1. The stainless steel internal toothed fixed rotor structure combines cutting and grinding into one. The minimum particle size of emulsified asphalt products is 0.1 μ M.

2. It can produce various types of emulsified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt emulsification. The body is made of high-strength stainless steel precision casting, which is corrosion-resistant and acid resistant. It is small and lightweight to carry.
