This instrument is designed in accordance with the industry standards of the People's Republic of China and the testing regulations for asphalt and asphalt mixtures in highway engineering JTG E20--2011, Designed and manufactured by T0633-1993.

Features:
 

1. Automatic scanning and ignition;

2. The heating power of the electric furnace can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 1000W;

3. The heating wire is protected by a transparent quartz tube, with no open flame, explosion-proof, and fast heating speed;

4. The instrument adopts a metal crucible with a depth of 47mm, an upper diameter of 64mm, and a lower diameter of 38mm. There is a scale 3.2mm below the cup mouth. The metal crucible must not be heated with a sand bath or other open flame, but must be supported and heated in an insulation liquid bath to ensure safety.

5. Gauge: Thickness 3.2mm, with 2 protrusions of 3.2mm ± 0.25mm below, and two small holes with diameters of 4.0mm and 0.8mm at a distance of 3.2mm from the bottom.

6. Thermal insulation bath: made of copper. For flash points below 79.5 ºC, the bath can be used directly. For flash points above 79.5 ºC, a 1:1 mixture of water and ethylene glycol can be used as the medium.
