The product complies with the technical indicators in the appendices of JT/T684-2007 "Steel Component Galvanized Layer Adhesion Performance Tester", JT/T281-2007 "Highway Wave Beam Steel Guardrail", JT/T374-1998 "Technical Conditions for Isolation Fence", and GB/T2694-2010 "Technical Conditions for Manufacturing Transmission Line Towers" for drop hammer test method.
This product is a specialized instrument used by manufacturers and quality inspection departments of highway transportation engineering and iron tower products to conduct product quality testing and control the adhesion performance of galvanized layers on steel components.

The hammer head is made of 45 steel with a mass of (210 ± 10) g and is chrome plated on the surface.
The hardness of the hammer blade (Shore) shall not be less than 40HS.
The handle of the hammer is made of oak and weighs (70 ± 10) g.
The base is made of Q235 steel and has a chrome plated surface.
