The non-stick tire time tester is mainly used to determine the drying time of the non-stick tire in GA/T298-2001 "Road Marking Coatings" and JT/T 280-2004 "Road Marking Coatings".

How to use:

The sample is coated on a glass sheet (200mm×150mm×5mm) in a strip 80mm wide parallel to the short side of the glass sheet at the center of the long side. The thickness of the wet paint film is 200um±20um. After coating, immediately press the stopwatch, and after 10 minutes, roll the tester from the center of one end of the short side of the test board to the other end at a constant speed for 1s, and immediately observe with naked eyes whether the tire of the tester has sticky paint. If there is sticky paint, wipe the tire with a cotton cloth wetted by acetone or methyl ethyl ketone. After that, the test is repeated every 30 seconds until the tire is not sticky, stop the stopwatch time, which is the "non-sticky tire time" of the sample.
