The 85 type oven is designed according to the testing regulations of JTG E20-2011 of the Ministry of Transport of China, and with reference to the standards for rotating film ovens in Japanese JIS standards.

Structure:

1. The main body of the oven is made of thin steel plate, the lower part is the electrical control part, the upper part is the oven working room, and the rear part has a turntable motor.

2. The studio is in the form of a fully stainless steel double-layer door, with a rectangular observation window. The interior is equipped with lighting fixtures, squirrel cage fans, forced ventilation ducts, ventilation nozzles, turntables, and other facilities. All studio shells are made of stainless steel.

3. The oven is equipped with a small air compressor to provide the necessary air for the experiment. The air is measured by a flow meter on the panel and enters the preheated copper tube inside the oven. Then, a nozzle is sprayed into the sample bottle on the turntable. The air flow inside the oven rotates in a certain direction under the action of a forced ventilation duct and a squirrel cage fan, and some excess gas is discharged outside the oven through the upper overflow port.

4. The oven is a double-layer dual flow electric heating system with upper and lower layers.

5. There is a 15 rpm turntable in the studio, which can simultaneously install 8 glass necked sample bottles containing asphalt samples.
