This instrument is designed in accordance with the requirements of T 0605-2011 "Asphalt Ductility Test" in the industry standard JTG E20-2011 "Test Code for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" of the People's Republic of China. It is suitable for measuring the length of petroleum asphalt when it is stretched to fracture at a certain speed under specified conditions and temperature using the methods specified in GB/T 4508-2010 or T 0605-2011 standards, expressed in millimeters.

Main technical features:

1. Adopting an automated design concept, there are no screw rods, guide rails, or other devices in the test slot, and the sample installation is extremely convenient, with a maximum tensile length of 1.5 meters.

2. The constant temperature water tank adopts a double-layer design of 304 stainless steel, equipped with a circulating water tank and a static water tank. The static water tank has a uniform water temperature and no flow.

3. Servo motor transmission design ensures smooth and synchronous stretching throughout the entire process, with uniform speed and no shaking, and precise elongation display.

4. After stretching, the stretcher can quickly and automatically return and accurately locate.

5. Using a LCD screen display, the high-precision LCD temperature controller has a temperature control accuracy of 0.1 ºC, and is controlled by a light touch key. It is waterproof, durable, and easy to clean.
